REPL Group is committed towards actively contributing to the community. The CSR activities are promoted through its sister concern ‘Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation'(PREF), founded in 2010. It is based out of Delhi and carries out program interventions in Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh.

The Foundation focuses on education and skill building of underprivileged children by initiatives such as:

• ‘PREF Merit Scholarship’ for financially weak but meritorious students of class 11th and 12th in and around Prayagraj.
• ‘PN Misra Merit Scholarship and Gyanwati Misra Merit Scholarship’ have been instituted for meritorious students from class 9th to class 12th of MP Intercollege, Bampur village in Prayagraj District.
• ‘PN Misra Post-Graduation Merit Scholarship’ is for MA and MSc Mathematics students in the University of Allahabad. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit to the top performers of the classes with the hope that candidates with the help of this support will grow and contribute to the elevation of research and development in the country.
• ‘Participation certificates’ is provided to all candidates appearing for online examination followed by gifting of books to those who reach the interview level of PREF Merit Scholarship selection examination.
• The PREF app has been launched in 2021. It is being used to connect selected students with online classes. So, maximum benefits provided through various programmes can be availed.
• For our selected Scholars we organize ‘PREF APP’ based online activities like aptitude test, Tutorials for help in preparation for board examinations, internal assessment test with teachers review session, spoken English classes, career counselling workshops, mentoring session, personality development workshops and computer course to help them to reach their potential.
• E-learning courses: Students have been connected to these free of cost courses
• To continue with the scholarship programmes during the times of social distancing, Tablets have been distributed to all selected students of PREF under PREF Merit Scholarship and ‘P.N Misra & Gyanwati Misra Merit Scholarship’.

Ms. Richa Misra

Director

Ms. Richa Misra, Director of Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation (PREF), holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Allahabad. As the Director of Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (REPL) and other companies she is now heading the CSR initiatives planned with the group companies through PREF of which she is the promoter and Director. She efficiently established and implemented the CSR programmes, which positively affects the lives of many people.

She aspires to bring PREF to the platform of a dynamic and impactful organisation making a positive difference by developing the capacities of students and future workforce in the remote parts of target areas, through motivation and guidance so that they are able to make their contribution in the development of the nation.

Information and knowledge improves the quality of decision making while also making the person open to the possibility of tapping new opportunities. This will act as a catalyst for young people in becoming self-reliant or Swavlambi and to improve and utilize their skill to optimal level. This in turn will enhance their view about the actual conditions in the present scenario and motivate them to mould and reshape themselves according to the job market condition where some would also become source of job generation. Correct employability skill and knowledge itself acts as a job security.

Our aim is to connect jobseekers from far flung rural areas with low internet and computer penetration with information and guide them on the path of self-reliance.
